in children’s hands, the program provides a low-cost, scalable, and effective solution to accelerate learning. It focuses on foundational literacy and numeracy skills. Msingi/Tee contributes to children in Tanzania building the literacy and numeracy skills needed to achieve their full potential.

Your Goals: As our Msingi/Tee Field Supervisor, you will oversee up to 10 schools, ensuring the long-term success of the program. You’ll maintain functional hardware, ensure sessions run smoothly and on time, and provide every with their intended weekly minutes of learning (‘time on task’). Your work will build the capacity and capacity of school management and teachers to drive daily attendance, student retention, and enrollment. Success will be measured by maintaining or improving ‘time on task,’ and student retention and enrollment (especially for female students) across your schools.
