Joud is seeking an experienced and dedicated individual to fill the role of Full-Time Restaurant Manager.
Requirements
- Minimum 3-5 years of experience in a supervisory or managerial role in a fine dining or luxury hotel restaurant.
- Strong leadership, interpersonal, and communication skills.
- Deep understanding of service etiquette, wine knowledge, and fine dining presentation.
- Excellent organizational and problem-solving abilities.
- Flexible to work evenings, weekends, and holidays.
Responsibilities
The Restaurant Manager will be responsible for overseeing all aspects of the restaurant’s operations, including:
- Overseeing daily restaurant operations, ensuring seamless guest experiences.
- Leading, training, and motivating the front-of-house team to deliver exceptional service.
- Upholding fine dining service standards and maintaining attention to detail at all times.
- Collaborating closely with the Executive Chef and Kitchen team to maintain menu consistency and quality.
- Managing reservations, special events, and VIP guest relations.
- Monitoring costs, stock levels, and overall profitability.
- Handling guest feedback with professionalism and ensuring quick resolution of any concerns.
