Overview

Main Duties

  • Creating and developing new innovative ways to communicate the company message to their existing customers
  • Inform leads and customers of current promotions and discounts
  • High volume visits to assigned delinquent customers
  • Weekly and monthly reporting to immediate seniors on debt collection and customer service issues
  • Maintain positive business and customer relationships in the effort to extend customer lifetime value
  • Following up effectively with customers’ repayment plans
  • Follow up with customers loan renewals

QUALIFICATIONS

  • Bachelor degree or diploma in marketing or business administration or related field
  • Analytical skills
  • Ability to priotize and manage multiple responsibilities

GENERAL CONDITIONS FOR APPLICATION

  • Applicants must be less than 35 years of age
  • Candidates should preferably be residing in Dodoma
