Overview

Sales Manager Responsibilities:

*Achieving growth and hitting sales targets by successfully managing the sales team

*Designing and implementing a strategic sales plan that expands company’s customer base and ensure it’s strong presence

*Managing recruiting, objectives setting, coaching and performance monitoring of sales representatives

*Possibly dealing with some major customer accounts yourself

*We are looking for someone with ambition and motivation to go out and drive new business across these channels.

 

Requirements

*Degree or diploma in business administration or a related field

*Successful 3 – 5 years previous experience as a sales manager, consistently meeting or exceeding targets

*Proven ability to drive the sales process from plan to close

*Must have valid driver’s license

*Knowledge of  Microsoft Office Suite

*The ability to motivate and lead a team
