Job Title: Marketing Manager
The Marketing Manager is responsible for developing and implementing effective marketing strategies for our t-shirt manufacturing factory. This individual will lead a team of marketing professionals and work closely with other departments to promote our brand and products, drive sales, and increase customer engagement.
Develop and implement a comprehensive marketing plan that aligns with the factory’s overall business objectives
Create and execute marketing campaigns to promote the factory’s products and services, including print and digital advertising, social media marketing, and public relations
Identify target markets and develop marketing strategies to reach and engage these audiences
Oversee the production of marketing materials, including brochures, product catalogs, and sales presentations
Monitor and analyze market trends and consumer behavior to inform marketing decisions and strategies
Manage the factory’s website and social media channels to ensure that they are up-to-date and align with the brand’s messaging
Manage the factory’s budget for marketing activities and track and report on the effectiveness of marketing initiatives
Collaborate with other departments, such as sales and product development, to ensure that marketing efforts are aligned with the factory’s overall goals and objectives.
Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, or a related field
5+ years of experience in marketing, preferably in the apparel or manufacturing industries
Strong leadership and team management skills
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
Proficiency in marketing software and tools, such as Adobe Creative Suite, Google Analytics, and social media management platforms
Ability to analyze data and make data-driven decisions
Knowledge of market trends and consumer behavior in the apparel industry.
