Acts as a liaison between the Manager, clients and workmates in making sure the Manager gets the best support in their daily tasks.

Key Roles and Responsibilities

  •  Creating reports ,presentations, briefing papers, and other documents
  • Handling requests and phone calls
  • Ensuring the Manager is well prepared for meetings and tasks
  • Taking notes and attending some meetings in their absence
  • Handling different tasks that are required from the Manager

Key Performance Indicators (KPI)

  • Timely achievement & execution of milestones
  • Ensure KPIs are met
  • Efficient management of work tools and work space

Required Competencies and Attributes

  • Ability to work under pressure and can multi-task
  • Ability to prioritize and re-prioritize workload needed
  • Superb organizational and planning skills
  • Good interpersonal skills
  • Good written and spoken English and Swahili
  • Valid driving licence is an added value

Experience and Qualifications

  • Bachelors Degree in Administration/ Secretarial Studies
  • Previous experience as PA or Secretary
  • Proficiency in English and Swahili
  • Excellent organizational and written skills
  • Flexible in working hours
