DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES
• Develop a strategic content  and social media activities
• Develop, implement and manage our social media strategy
• Manage and oversee social media content
• Stay up to date with the latest social media best practices and technologies
• Update all social media content platforms (Instagram, Facebook, LinkedIn, Twitter, other emerging channels).
• Collaborate and coordinate to ensure cohesion with performance marketing
• Establish and expand influencer and social community outreach
• Partner with our marketing team to enhance awareness
• Provide constructive feedback

SKILLS AND PERSONAL ATTRIBUTES
• Insightful and highly creative with the ability to guide and create compelling content
• Must have Graphics skills ,Excellent writing skills and strong visual eye
• Must work well under pressure and in a fast paced environment
• Must be a self-starter who takes initiative
• Always on top of the social trends and platform changes
• Good communication skills
• Language preferable English, Swahili

EDUCATION QUALIFICATION
• Bachelor degree in Information Technology and Marketing, Public relation or related filed

EXPERIENCE AND COMPETENCY REQUIRED
• 1+ year experience working in editorial or content/social at consumer-focused brand or agency
• Build relationships and network easily
