Candidate to take on the following;-
Minimum qualification

Must have Certificate of secretarial subject
Must have experience of two years about Secretarial service

Secretary Responsibilities

Answering calls, taking messages and handling correspondence
Maintaining diaries and arranging appointments
Typing, preparing and collating reports
Organizing documents and paper work.
Organizing and servicing meetings (producing agendas and taking minutes)
Coordinating mail-shots and similar publicity taskActing as a receptionist and/or meeting and greeting clients.
Prepare and send bills and invoices.
Managing telephone calls, supplying and getting data and directly talking to a suitable Person.
Process daily sales Report.
And be flexible to perform any other duties as you may be assigned by your Supervisor.
Be flexible to travel to all Regions


Familiarity with office organization/company and optimization techniques
Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
Speaks English/ Kiswahili.
