Job Description: This role is all about amplifying Uwezo Tanzania’s voice by engaging with government entities and policymakers to shape policies in education, health, and community empowerment.
Key Responsibilities:
- Design and execute advocacy campaigns to influence legislation and government policies.
- Act as a bridge between Uwezo Tanzania and government agencies, elected officials, and policymakers.
- Create briefing materials, fact sheets, and policy briefs for government stakeholders.
- Represent Uwezo at public meetings and advocacy events.
- Draft MoUs and secure permits for projects.
- Monitor policies in education, health, science & technology, and community empowerment.

Eligibility Criteria:
- Bachelor’s degree in Communications, Mass Communication, or a related social science field.
- At least 3 years of experience in government communications or advocacy.
- Excellent written and verbal skills in English and Kiswahili.

2. Monitoring and Evaluation (M&E) Consultant

- Develop a Project Monitoring Plan (PMP) with clear indicators.
