- Prepare and cook a wide range of dishes according to the menu
- Ensure all meals are presented well and meet hygiene and quality standards Maintain cleanliness and organization in the kitchen at all times
- Work closely with kitchen staff to ensure smooth kitchen operations
- Monitor food inventory and assist with ordering supplies
- Adhere to food safety and sanitation regulations
- Proven experience working as a Chef in a professional kitchen
- Strong knowledge of cooking techniques and various cuisines
- Excellent time management and organizational skills
- Creativity and attention to detail in food preparation and presentation
- Ability to work well under pressure in a fast-paced environment
- Culinary training or certification is an added advantage
