Position OverviewWe are seeking a passionate
Communication Officer (Intern/Volunteer) to support communication, content development, and social media management.
Key Responsibilities- Manage and monitor CTI’s digital platforms (Facebook, LinkedIn, Instagram)
- Create digital content (copy, graphics, video) for campaigns
- Design posters, infographics, flyers, briefs, etc.
- Take photographs during CTI events and meetings
Qualifications- Diploma/Bachelor’s in Media & Communication or related field
- Excellent written and verbal communication in English
- Content creation and graphic design skills
- Proficiency in Canva, Adobe Suite, Photoshop, InDesign, Illustrator
Desired- Prior experience in media, communications, video editing, and photography

- ACCOUNTS OFFICER
Position OverviewCTI is seeking a competent and proactive
Accounts Officer to support the financial operations of the Confederation.
Key Responsibilities- Assist in annual budgeting and financial forecasting
- Maintain accurate financial records and accounts
- Handle payroll, fixed asset register, payments, invoices, and petty cash
- Ensure effective internal controls and regulatory compliance
- Prepare periodic financial reports
- Support CTI in mobilizing and managing financial resources
- Liaise with external regulators and auditors
Qualifications & Desired Attributes- Degree in Accounting or equivalent (e.g., Professional Foundation Stage)
- At least 3 years’ experience in accounting
- Proficient in English and Kiswahili
- Proficient in computer applications including QuickBooks
- Team player, innovative, proactive, and open-minded
