Event Planner - ARUSHA at Project Zawadi

Project Zawadi is hosting an exciting and meaningful one-night celebration in November 2026, and we’re looking for a creative, organized, and experienced event planner to help bring this vision to life.Location: ArushaDate: A Saturday in November 2026 (Exact date to be confirmed)Time: 6:00 PM start | Includes drinks, bites, music, and celebrationTarget Guests: 300–400 guestsEvent Goals:

1. Increase awareness - students will speak, short videos will be shown, and our future will be shared.
2. Raise 200M+ TZS in support of Project Zawadi
3. Celebrate with our community – a night of joy, energy, and connection
4. Launch an annual tradition of celebration and support

We are looking for someone who can:

• Plan and manage all aspects of the event from concept to execution
• Work with a team of stakeholders, vendors, and volunteers
• Develop a vibrant atmosphere that blends purpose, storytelling, and fun
• Coordinate with media and creative teams for visuals, sound, and video
• Deliver a smooth, memorable event for 400 invited guests
