NUNGWI BEACH RESORT by TURACOWE ARE HIRING!EXECUTIVE CHEF [EXPATRIATE] – A minimum of 10 years experience in the hospitality industry.– A minimum of 2 years experience in the same role. in resorts, preferably in Zanzibar.– Previous experience in international branded hotels is a MUSI (preferably within Marriott)].– Solid experience in super vising a large kitchen team– Solid experience in menu building, buffet and a la carte.
