We are seeking a highly experienced and strategic Head of After Sales to lead our post-purchase customer experience function. This pivotal role oversees service operations, parts management, customer support, and loyalty programs to ensure exceptional customer satisfaction and sustained profitability.
Key Responsibilities
Develop and implement after-sales strategies aligned with business goals and KPIs.
Manage departmental budgets, revenue from services/parts, and profitability opportunities.
Lead, mentor, and develop the after-sales team, ensuring professionalism and performance.
Oversee service operations, including workshops, repairs, and parts inventory.
Drive customer satisfaction by managing complaints, warranties, and technical support.
Act as the link between customers, field operations, and manufacturing for product quality improvements.
Conduct market and data analysis to enhance customer engagement and service delivery.
Key Qualifications
Bachelor’s degree in Mechanical/Automotive Engineering or a related business discipline.
Minimum 7 years of proven experience in after-sales service management, preferably in the automotive/technical industry.
Strong leadership, customer handling, and problem-solving skills.
Proficiency in budget management, service systems, and IT/CRM tools.
