- Facilitate accurate and timely submission of payroll inputs
Requirements
- Bachelor’s Degree in Human Resource Management or a related field
- Minimum 2-3 years of experience in human resource management
- Excellent communication skills, both oral and written
- Strong organizational behavior and interpersonal skills
- Proficient administration and management skills
- Effective judgment and decision-making skills
