She/he is a seasoned leader who has cultivated teams across multiple industry disciplines and is responsible for supporting the Director of the Innovation Hub in defining and fostering a culture of innovation and attracting successful innovators and entrepreneurs. Further to that, a data-driven decision maker, coach, and mentor, empowering innovators and entrepreneurs to learn and perform at their highest potential while embracing diversity in thinking. She/he is the ultimate growth hacker through innovation.
Key Responsibilities
- Develop and implement innovative strategies aligned with organizational goals.
- Lead ideation, solution design, and prototyping processes.
- Oversee product development lifecycle from concept to market.
- Drive business growth through partnerships, markets, and revenue opportunities.
- Lead and manage cross-functional teams and foster an innovation culture.
- Use data and analytics to guide decision-making and performance.
- Mentor innovators and entrepreneurs to achieve their full potential.
- Build and maintain relationships with stakeholders and partners.

Professional Skills & Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in business, innovation management, entrepreneurship, or related field.
- A master’s degree is an added advantage.
- Proven experience in leading innovative initiatives, product development, and business growth.
