POSITION:
IT HELP DESK INTERN – 1 POST
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES- Training users on stock/sales software usage and best practices.
- Technical Support users of web portals and mobile apps
- Solve raised tickets on portal.
- Report bugs and test new app updates.
- Ensure all IT infrastructure is running well including CCTV, call center and network, etc
- Any task assigned by supervisor
QUALIFICATIONS- Bachelor Degree or Diploma in IT, Computer science, computer engineering, or any other related field
- Good communication skills
- Good analytical and problem-solving abilities.
- Willingness to learn and take initiative.
- Ability to work under supervision and as part of a team
