POSITION: IT HELP DESK INTERN – 1 POSTKEY RESPONSIBILITIES
  • Training users on stock/sales software usage and best practices.
  • Technical Support users of web portals and mobile apps
  • Solve raised tickets on portal.
  • Report bugs and test new app updates.
  • Ensure all IT infrastructure is running well including CCTV, call center and network, etc
  • Any task assigned by supervisor
QUALIFICATIONS
  • Bachelor Degree or Diploma in IT, Computer science, computer engineering, or any other related field
  • Good communication skills
  • Good analytical and problem-solving abilities.
  • Willingness to learn and take initiative.
  • Ability to work under supervision and as part of a team
