We Are HiringJoin Our TeamBe a Part of Our Dynamic Team!Open Positions:– – – – – — – – – – – – – –Land SurveyorKey Responsibilities:• Conduct topographic, boundary, and as-built surveys using modern surveying equipment (e.g. total station, GPS, GNSS, RTK Machine)• Prepare and maintain accurate survey records, maps, reports, and legal descriptions of surveys• Interpret construction drawings and specifications to determine project layout• Set out construction works including roads, buildings, pipelines and utilities• Verify the accuracy of survey data, including measurements and calculations conducted at survey sites• Collaborate with civil engineers, architects, technicians and project/construction managers to ensure accurate implementation of design• Monitor and report any discrepancies between the actual layoutand design plans• Ensure compliance with legal standards and health & safety regulations during survey operations• Use CAD and GIS software to produce detailed site plans and layouts• Supervise and coordinate with junior surveyors or survey crews as neededKey Skills:• Strong mathematical and analytical skills• Proficient in survey instruments and data collection technology• Excellent communication and coordination abilities• Attention to detail and accuracy in measurements• Physically fit for fieldwork under varying weather conditions• Ability to work independently or as part of a multidisciplinary teamQualifications:• Bachelor’s degree in Geomatics, Land Surveying, or a related field• Minimum of 5 years of relevant experience in construction or land development projects• Proven experience in using surveying equipment and software (e.g. Total Station, RTK Machine, Dumping level instrument, AutoCAD, Civil 3D, GPS, GIS)Working Station: Dodoma & Elsewhere in Tanzania and Eastern AfricaAdvertisements:
