- FTC Mechanical
- In-depth knowledge and understanding of Garage/workshop/mechanical processes, policy and systems.
- At least 7 years of experience, with a minimum of 4 years in middle-level management.
- Ability to make professional decisions in a fast-paced environment.
- Proficient in computer applications, especially Microsoft Excel, Word, Outlook, and PowerPoint.
- Conversant with fleet management software.
- Ability to create and implement maintenance schedules and plans.
- Capable of scheduling vehicle route planning and control.
- Must be a team player, able to collaborate effectively with dispatch, procurement, finance, and sales.
- Able to handle workshop as well as fleet planning and management
- Experience in using at least one ERP system (SAP, SAGE, ORACLE, NAVISION, etc.).
- Bachelor degree in Marketing/Business administration/BCom
- Previously demonstrated success in Sales, Marketing, or trade Marketing ideal.
- At least 5 years commercial (sales) role, brand management.
- Management experience is required.
- Ability to develop sales and marketing strategies in beverage companies
- Ability to scan the market and apply his skills to handle and manage the market
