Training Coordinator

Training Coordinators' responsibilities involve systematic planning, execution, evaluation, and marketing of TMHS training services/products.Key Responsibilities
  • Develop a plan for and execute outstanding training services/products using all available resources
  • Originates actions to influence events and to achieve goals; sees opportunities and acts on them
  • Manage marketing and sales activities for training and services/products
  • Organize and manage AHA trainings
  • Order and maintain the availability of training aids such as manuals and handbooks
  • Design and apply assessment tools to measure training effectiveness
  • Track and report on training outcomes
  • Provide feedback to program participants and management
  • Evaluate and make recommendations on training material and methodology
  • Maintain training records
  • Handle logistics for training activities, including venues and equipment
  • Manage training budget
  • Keep current on training design and methodology.
  • Develop a budget and a strategic plan for the overall program and various targeted interventions

 Qualifications and Education Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in one of the following fields:
  • Education / Training and Development
  • Organizational Development
  • Public Health (preferred for AHA training coordination)
Experience and Skills
  • Minimum of 2–5 years of experience in training coordination, learning & development, or a related role
  • Experience in organizing professional or certified training programs (AHA experience is a plus)
  • Strong organizational and project management skills
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to manage multiple tasks and meet deadlines
  • Strong analytical skills for evaluating training effectiveness
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office and training management tools
  • Experience in marketing or sales of training programs is an added advantage
