Training Coordinator
Training Coordinators' responsibilities involve systematic planning, execution, evaluation, and marketing of TMHS training services/products.
Key Responsibilities- Develop a plan for and execute outstanding training services/products using all available resources
- Originates actions to influence events and to achieve goals; sees opportunities and acts on them
- Manage marketing and sales activities for training and services/products
- Organize and manage AHA trainings
- Order and maintain the availability of training aids such as manuals and handbooks
- Design and apply assessment tools to measure training effectiveness
- Track and report on training outcomes
- Provide feedback to program participants and management
- Evaluate and make recommendations on training material and methodology
- Maintain training records
- Handle logistics for training activities, including venues and equipment
- Manage training budget
- Keep current on training design and methodology.
- Develop a budget and a strategic plan for the overall program and various targeted interventions
Qualifications and Education Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in one of the following fields:
- Education / Training and Development
- Organizational Development
- Public Health (preferred for AHA training coordination)
Experience and Skills- Minimum of 2–5 years of experience in training coordination, learning & development, or a related role
- Experience in organizing professional or certified training programs (AHA experience is a plus)
- Strong organizational and project management skills
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to manage multiple tasks and meet deadlines
- Strong analytical skills for evaluating training effectiveness
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office and training management tools
- Experience in marketing or sales of training programs is an added advantage
