VACANCY ANOUNCEMENT AT AKO GROUPJob Title: Project Manager – ShopsLocation: GGM, Bully, North Mara, and other operational areasJob Summary:We are looking for an experienced Project Manager – Shops to oversee and manage our supermarket operations across multiple sites. The ideal candidate must have a strong background in supermarket management in Tanzania and be capable of ensuring smooth day-to-day operations while maintaining excellent customer satisfaction.Key Responsibilities:· Manage supermarket operations in GGM, Bully, North Mara, and other assigned areas.· Control inventory, prevent overstocking/understocking, and optimize stock levels.· Monitor and manage variances and investigate missing items.· Ensure high levels of customer satisfaction through effective engagement and service delivery.· Implement operational standards and ensure compliance with company policies.· Lead and develop the supermarket team to achieve performance goals.Qualifications & Experience:· Minimum of 4 years’ proven experience managing supermarkets in Tanzania.· Strong knowledge of inventory control and variance management.· Excellent leadership, organizational, and problem-solving skills.· Ability to drive customer engagement and maintain service excellence.How to Apply:Interested candidates should send their application and CV to recruitment@akogroup.co.tz before 30th September 2025.Check all:  JOBS IN TANZANIA
