Execution Operations- Data and Information Collection and Analysis
- Gather and analyze relevant data to inform strategic decision-making and reviews
- Continuously develop new and improve current methods of data collection to ensure the obtaining of well-rounded and up-to-date information
- Identify trends, patterns, and areas for improvement based on data insights
Scope of Work and Action Plans for Regional Teams- Collaborate with Regional Teams to define clear, benchmarked scopes of work with actionable plans for achievement
- Oversee and guarantee that Regional Teams complete their scope of work at the highest quality level possible
- Ensure alignment with organizational objectives and quality standards
Monitoring and Addressing Executional KPIs and Quality Problems- Monitor key performance indicators (KPIs) related to executional activities
- Investigate deviations from quality standards and propose effective corrective measures
Operational Quality Control
- Maintain rigorous quality control measures throughout the execution process
- Regularly inspect activities conducted by regional team members to uphold quality standards
Training and Development- Conduct training sessions to equip team members with necessary operational workflows, inspection techniques, corrective action protocols, and reporting structures
- Foster a culture of continuous learning and improvement within the execution teams
Quality Assurance Policies and Procedures- Develop and implement comprehensive quality assurance policies and procedures tailored to execution operations
- Ensure 100% adherence to quality assurance policies by regional team members
- Ensure adherence to regulatory standards and safety regulations
Safety Regulations and Standards Compliance- Monitor compliance with safety regulations and industry standards during execution activities
- Implement measures to mitigate risks and ensure a safe working environment for all stakeholders
Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, or a related field.
- Minimum of 5 years of experience in Quality Assurance, preferably within the Energy or related industries.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with the ability to analyze data, identify trends, and draw meaningful insights. Proficiency in data analysis tools (e.g., Excel, spreadsheets) is highly desirable.
- Deep understanding of operational processes, best practices, and key performance indicators (KPIs).
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills. Ability to effectively communicate with diverse teams (regional, technical, management) and build strong working relationships.
- Basic understanding of project management principles and methodologies.
- Proficiency in relevant software applications (e.g., Microsoft Excel and any project management software).
- Strong commitment to continuous improvement, with a proactive approach to identifying and implementing process enhancements.
