- Greet and assist customers in a friendly and professional manner
- Understand customer needs and recommend appropriate products
- Achieve sales targets and contribute to store profitability
- Ensure products are well displayed and shelves are fully stocked
- Handle customer inquiries, complaints, and returns efficiently
- Diploma or Bachelor’s degree in Sales, Marketing, Business, or a related field
- Previous retail or customer service experience is an added advantage
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and as part of a team
- Basic computer skills
