Our client is a market leader known for innovation, reliability, and delivering value to businesses and customers through cutting-edge hardware solutions.Role OverviewAs a Hardware Sales Representative, you will be at the forefront of driving sales growth, expanding market share, and delivering tailored hardware solutions to a diverse client base.Key Responsibilities
Identify, pursue, and close new business opportunities for hardware products.
Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, vendors, and key stakeholders.
Conduct detailed needs analysis and product demonstrations.
Develop strategic sales plans to meet and exceed monthly, quarterly, and annual targets.
Stay informed on market trends, competitor activities, and new technologies.
Collaborate with internal teams (technical, logistics, and customer service) to ensure smooth sales execution and post-sale support.
Closing new deals at a high rate.
Building relationships with existing customers.
Cultivating new leads within the sales territory.
Travelling throughout Tanga, Kilimanjaro, Arusha, Manyara and Singida region tovisiting customers on a recurring basis.
Managing multiple accounts simultaneously.
Maintaining records of all sales leads and/or customer accounts.
Representing the brand during all customer and prospect interactions.
Educating customers on how products can benefit them financially and in other relevant ways.
Monitoring the company’s industry competitors, new products and market conditions and aligning sales strategies accordingly.
Education
A degree or diploma in sales and marketing or a related field.
Customer service training is an added advantage.
More Details on Experience
Must have 2-3 years working experience as a field sales representative selling hardware products (Both B2B & B2C).
More Details on Skills
Must be comfortable on the phone.
Possess a competitive attitude and highly confident.
Excellent conversational/interpersonal skills.
Ability to work independently.
