Many of our services involve instant digital placement, administrative processing, content review, publication, promotion, or allocation of advertising space.
Because these services may begin soon after payment, we do not provide refunds once payment has been made.
If an employer, recruiter, advertiser, or user submits incorrect information, Ajira.co.tz may help edit or correct the published content where possible.
However, incorrect user-submitted information does not qualify for a refund.
Ajira.co.tz may reject, suspend, or remove content that violates our Terms and Conditions, contains misleading information, promotes illegal activity, or appears suspicious.
Payments for rejected or removed content are not refundable if the content violates our rules.
If a technical issue prevents a paid service from being delivered, contact us as soon as possible. Ajira.co.tz may review the issue and, where appropriate, correct the service, republish the listing, extend the placement, or provide another reasonable solution.
This does not guarantee a cash refund.
