Promote and sell the company’s poultry feed products to farmers, distributors, and retailers.
Identify and develop new business opportunities in the market.
Maintain strong relationships with existing clients to ensure loyalty and sustainable business.
Provide technical advice to farmers on feed usage, animal nutrition, and best poultry farming practices.
Conduct regular market visits to collect feedback, monitor competitors’ activities, and identify market trends.
Achieve monthly and annual sales targets set by management.
Prepare and submit weekly sales reports on client visits, orders, and market trends.
Participate in promotional campaigns, trade fairs, farmer training sessions, and exhibitions.
Work closely with the production and logistics teams to ensure timely delivery of orders and customer satisfaction.
Handle customer complaints appropriately and escalate them if further action is needed.
Sales Representative (Poultry Feeds) – Salasala, Tegeta
Bachelor’s degree in Sales and Marketing, Poultry Business, Animal Science, or a related field.
Proven sales experience, preferably in poultry and animal feeds.
Strong knowledge of poultry farming and animal nutrition will be an added advantage.
Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
Ability to work independently and meet sales targets.
Strong client networking and relationship management skills.
Willingness to travel frequently within the assigned area.
