We are currently seeking a talented and detail-oriented General Ledger Specialist to join our dynamic finance team at our Chalinze factory.

Key Responsibilities

• Post OA and record VAT in WeCom documents daily.
• Audit OA before payment to ensure compliance and accuracy.
• Park invoices in SAP and maintain up-to-date records.
• Receive, file, and organize accounting documents from Arusha, Mwanza, and Dar es Salaam in the factory archive room weekly.
• Prepare weekly Cash and Bank Reconciliations for the factory.

Qualifications & Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field.
• 1–3 years of proven experience in accounting, preferably in the manufacturing industry.
• Proficiency in SAP and other accounting systems.
• Excellent skills in Microsoft Excel and a strong command of English (both written and spoken).
• Strong analytical ability, high attention to detail, and integrity in financial reporting.
