Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Retail Management, Marketing, Business, Design, or any other related field.
• Proven experience in multi-branded retail or travel retail, ideally within hospitality or lifestyle boutiques, with an understanding of how to curate diverse categories into a cohesive luxury journey.
• A passionate retail storyteller, able to combine products, brands, and styles that the ordinary eye might overlook, creating seamless gallery-like experiences.
• Strong foundation in visual merchandising across apparel, accessories, art, and lifestyle products, with an instinct for zoning, balance, and flow.
• Flair and creativity, with the confidence to bring a touch of flamboyance into store layouts, blending bold ideas with refined luxury standards.
• Commercially astute, with a track record of aligning creativity to sales performance and exceeding revenue targets.
• Exceptional leadership and coaching ability, capable of inspiring teams to embrace storytelling, elegance, and service excellence.
• Meticulous eye for detail paired with the agility to adapt quickly to new product mixes, trends, and guest preferences.
• Outstanding communication and organisational skills, with a polished, professional presence that resonates with high-net-worth clientele.
