Key Roles and Responsibilities
The Regional Quality Control Technician is responsible for maintaining high quality control and service standards across all field operations, and for collaborating with customer-facing and commercial teams to drive business success.
- Service Quality Control (QC) & SLA Management: Be fully responsible for managing service Quality Control (QC) and Service Level Agreements (SLA) with contractors and internal teams. This includes ensuring all work orders (for subscriber installation, site visitation, support, and network maintenance) are implemented timely, efficiently, and within SLA with the highest QC and standards.
- Quality Assurance (QA) & Accountability: Champion service Quality Assurance (QA) and contractor accountability. This involves ensuring all work orders are implemented with strict adherence to the SLA, Turn Around Times (TAT), quality, and standards.
- Cross-Functional Collaboration: Work closely with the Customer Experience and Commercial teams for timely acquisition, retention, and expansion, in meeting business expectation, customer experience, and growth.
Qualifications
- Experience: Minimum 2 years of field experience in an ISP/Telecom environment.
- Certification: Fiber/FTTx Certification.
- Education: BSc. IT/Telecom (or related field).
- Other: Must be able and licensed to drive a vehicle and ride a motorcycle.
