Who Are You?

You are a responsible and caring boarding staff who ensures the safety, health, and well-being of all students.
You are able to:

• Guide and supervise students at all times, ensuring they follow rules, routines, and study schedules.
• Promote and organize extracurricular activities, fostering a positive, family-like atmosphere in the boarding house.
• Ensure students are neat, punctual, respectful, and well-prepared for all school activities.
• Uphold safety, security, and child protection procedures, reporting and following up on any issues promptly.
• Actively participate in meetings and trainings to improve your skills and contribute to the boarding team.
• Serve as a good role model by demonstrating discipline, commitment, and care towards all students.

What We’re Looking For

• A Tanzanian with a minimum Diploma as stipulated above.
• At least three (3) years in an educational-related field.
• Empathy for children’s needs and feelings.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English.
• High level of confidentiality, integrity, and professionalism.
• Excellent interpersonal, communication, and organizational skills.
• Willingness to work overnight.
• Ability to adapt to school policies and procedures (including weekends when required).
• A mature person, preferably 35 years or older, to provide parental care to teenagers.
• Proven medical or nursing experience will be an added advantage.
