Who Are You?
You are a responsible and caring boarding staff who ensures the safety, health, and well-being of all students.
You are able to:
- Guide and supervise students at all times, ensuring they follow rules, routines, and study schedules.
- Promote and organize extracurricular activities, fostering a positive, family-like atmosphere in the boarding house.
- Ensure students are neat, punctual, respectful, and well-prepared for all school activities.
- Uphold safety, security, and child protection procedures, reporting and following up on any issues promptly.
- Actively participate in meetings and trainings to improve your skills and contribute to the boarding team.
- Serve as a good role model by demonstrating discipline, commitment, and care towards all students.
What We’re Looking For
- A Tanzanian with a minimum Diploma as stipulated above.
- At least three (3) years in an educational-related field.
- Empathy for children’s needs and feelings.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English.
- High level of confidentiality, integrity, and professionalism.
- Excellent interpersonal, communication, and organizational skills.
- Willingness to work overnight.
- Ability to adapt to school policies and procedures (including weekends when required).
- A mature person, preferably 35 years or older, to provide parental care to teenagers.
- Proven medical or nursing experience will be an added advantage.
