Position Overview

Daqing Oilfield Construction Group Co., Ltd. (DOCG) is seeking a qualified and experienced HVAC Engineer to join our engineering team for the EACOP Marine Tanks and Terminal Project in Tanga. The successful candidate will be responsible for the design, planning, supervision, and commissioning of HVAC systems to ensure compliance with project, safety, and quality standards.

Key Responsibilities

• Design, plan, and oversee installation of heating, ventilation, and air conditioning systems for project facilities.
• Review and interpret engineering drawings, specifications, and project requirements.
• Ensure HVAC systems comply with safety, quality, and energy-efficiency standards.
• Supervise subcontractors during installation, testing, and commissioning.
• Conduct system performance checks and troubleshoot technical issues on-site.
• Coordinate with other engineering disciplines to ensure smooth project execution and integration.

Qualifications and Experience

• Bachelor’s degree in Mechanical Engineering or a related field.
• Minimum 5 years’ experience in HVAC design, installation, or commissioning, preferably in oil & gas or industrial construction projects.
• Proficiency in AutoCAD or Revit for HVAC system design.
• Strong knowledge of ASHRAE standards and relevant mechanical codes.
• Excellent communication, coordination, and reporting skills in English.
