IT OFFICER

KEY QUALITIES & SKILLS NEEDED

• Bachelor’s Degree in IT, Computer Science, Information Systems, or a related field.
• 2-3 years’ experience in IT support or system administration.
• Knowledge of Windows/Linux operating systems, networking, and cybersecurity basics.
• Familiarity with Microsoft Office Suite, ERP systems, and cloud-based tools.
• Excellent troubleshooting and problem-solving skills.
• Strong communication skills and the ability to support non-technical users.
• Ability to prioritize tasks and work independently with minimal supervision.
