ICAP at Columbia University, a global health leader situated within the Columbia University Mailman School of Public Health in New York City, seeks a CQUIN Deputy Project Director (Technical) to be based in a TBN Country in Sub-Saharan Africa.

Under the supervision of the Program Director (CQUIN/HIVE), the Deputy Project Director (Technical) will lead the delivery of high-quality technical assistance and provide strategic thought leadership to support the implementation of nationally prioritized HIV services. This includes identifying and scaling innovative, efficient, and high-impact service delivery models, as well as operationalizing quality management programs across the network to strengthen the foundation for sustainable HIV programming. The Deputy Project Director (Technical) will provide coordination and oversight to reposition CQUIN’s knowledge exchange platforms including communities of practice, in-person CQUIN meetings, webinars, country-to-country exchange visits and technical assistance, aligned with network member country plans for sustainable HIV programming.
