About the Role

The Walk-in Agent will be the first point of contact for customers visiting client shops. The role requires strong customer care skills, problem-solving ability, and a passion for sales and service delivery. You will be responsible for assisting customers, selling products, handling queries, and ensuring high levels of customer satisfaction. 

Key Responsibilities

Sales
  • Promote and sell products including airtime, new SIM registrations, and digital solutions.

  • Register new customers and update existing customer accounts.

  • Support business growth by achieving daily and monthly shop-level sales targets.

Customer Service
  • Professionally welcome and assist all walk-in customers.

  • Provide information on products, services, billing, and account issues.

  • Handle and resolve customer queries and complaints in a timely manner.

  • Deliver a consistent and excellent customer experience.

Reporting and Compliance
  • Prepare and submit daily sales and financial reports to the Team Leader.

  • Monitor product stock levels and ensure availability at all times.

  • Follow company procedures and compliance guidelines.

  • Maintain a clean, organized, and professional shop environment.

Teamwork and Collaboration
  • Work closely with shop colleagues and supervisors.

  • Demonstrate flexibility in working hours based on business needs.

  • Contribute to a professional and customer-focused workplace culture.

Qualifications & Requirements

 
  • Education: Bachelor’s Degree in a relevant field (Business, Marketing, Customer Service, or related)
  • Experience: At least 2 years of proven experience in Customer Care, Customer Service, or a related field.
  • Computer Literacy: Proficient in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook) and familiar with basic digital reporting tools.
