In-Market In-Sight Engineer

Are you passionate about mobile payments and ready to drive innovation? Tanzania Empowerment Forum Limited is looking for an In-Market In-Sight Engineer to join our Mobile Payment Africa (MPA) Delivery Team. This role is pivotal in configuring the Insight platform to support MPA products and services across designated markets.Role Overview:

• Configure Insight platform for MPA projects and services.
• Collaborate with Insight Engineers to implement new features.
• Initial training provided upon hiring.

Key Requirements:

• Proven experience in Mobile Payments or Financial Services.
• ITIL Service Operations and AML Certification (ICA).
• Experience with Programme Management (MSP) and preferably a STEM Degree.
• Minimum 3 years in relevant technical roles.
• Proficiency in system integration (Apigee, Tibco, MuleSoft), data structures (XML, JSON), Linux/Unix, SQL, MongoDB, Cassandra, and AWS.

Responsibilities:

• Ensure timely delivery of MPS products/services.
• Foster relationships with Insight engineers and vendors.
• Support local deployments and maintain governance standards.
• Identify and address local project issues, risks, and dependencies.
